1.How do I order? Please send us an email with complete information like Product Code and quantity. If you prefer some customization, do include that in as well.
2.How will I know if my order is being processed? We will confirm your order within 24 hours either via email or telephone. However, if you do not hear from us within that timeframe, please call. Sometimes it may take 48 hours. We apologize for any inconveniences caused.
1.What are my payment options? ATM/Internet Bank Transfer. Kindly send a copy of the bank remittance advice slip to inform us of the transfer. Bank account information is as follows :

1.What are my delivery options within Malaysia? Pos Express Malaysia. Standard postal charges applicable.
